Nicole Alos, MBA, ICF-PCC, is an executive coach, leadership advisor, and the founder of Socratyc, a leadership advisory and coaching practice. When she saw that leaders lacked a place to practice high-stakes conversations, she built one: Socratyc Sidekick, a first-of-its-kind AI-enabled executive practice platform designed against ICF coaching competency rubrics. Her practice includes dedicated work with venture-backed founders, neurodivergent executives, and women in senior leadership.
